BOB HALEY BUILDERS

Bob Haley Builders was founded in 1973 and has been building in Nashville for over 39 years. Our construction experience includes a wide range of both residential and commercial projects. To date, we have developed seven residential neighborhoods and built over 350 individual custom homes. We developed and built several apartment communities such as Brookridge Apartment on Harding Place and West Fork, a planned urban development in Brentwood. In addition, we have completed multiple small office and industrial buildings as well as two large Kroger shopping centers. Our most recent endeavor is The Glen Echo, consisting of 16 single family homes and one of the few walk-able neighborhoods in the heart of Green Hills.

Bob Haley is a Nashville native who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Industrial Management. He then joined the Edwin A. Keeble Architectural firm where he gained experience working on space utilization studies on construction projects across the country. Later he worked directly with Mr. Keeble on his personally designed custom homes. After seven years under his tutelage, Mr. Haley formed his own construction company, Bob Haley Builders, with Edwin Keeble as his initial investor. Over the last 39 years he has established himself as a consistently superior builder.
